Welcome to Staff Console

Our goal at University of Khorfakkan is to give a top-notch education to our students while also creating a good, productive atmosphere for our teachers, staff, and students. We use a framework for constant improvement and raising the caliber of all university activities.

Since we strive to continuously improve and elevate the standard of all university operations, this console is made to offer easy access to pertinent data and statistics. Key performance indicators are readily viewable by professors and staff here.

Faculty Members!

You have the ability to evaluating and sharing research, teaching, and professional activities with this platform. You can submit your research, production, performance reviews, and other academic career-related documents, as well as view remarks from your college dean and the committee.

Administrative Staff!

You have the ability to file and monitor your own assessments, which facilitates submission, approval, and progress tracking while providing access to statistics and information. You can easily view your performance stats and feedback with this console.

5 (91%-100%) Significantly Exceeding Expectations (Outstanding)	This rating occurs infrequently and acknowledges one or more of the following achievements: Significantly exceeds expectations in achieving all goals and key performance indicators. Completion of a major goal, work performance, that far exceeded expectations this year due to exceptional quality in all essential areas of responsibility. An exceptional or unique contribution in support of unit, department, or organization objectives. Evidence should be provided for giving this rate.
4 (81%-90%) Exceeding Expectations	Work performance consistently exceeds expectations. Demonstrates very high-level performance in all areas of responsibility. Evidence should be provided for giving this rate.
3 (75%-80%) Meeting Expectations	Solid performance that consistently fulfils expectations and at times may exceed expectations.
2 (70%-74%) Below Expectations	Performance does not consistently meet expectations. A professional development plan to improve performance must be outlined and monitored, with timelines for improvement established.
1 (< 70%) Unsatisfactory	Performance is consistently below expectations, is unlikely to have potential to do so.
